- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
For details, please check each ticketing site. - Resale is prohibited, including purchasing or reserving tickets for commercial gain and reselling them.
Arrival Guidelines
- During peak times, you may be asked to wait after your entry time before being admitted.
- If you arrive outside your reserved time slot, you may not be admitted.
- No re-entry after leaving the venue. No refunds after entry.
- Opening days/hours may change due to circumstances. Please check the official website or Instagram for the latest information.
- Children of elementary-school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian (18+). Please ensure children experience the exhibition safely under the guardian’s supervision.
- Earphones are used during the experience. For safety reasons, guests with hearing impairments who cannot receive audio guidance are asked to refrain from participating.
- As matcha (contains caffeine) is served, pregnant guests and guests avoiding caffeine are asked to refrain from participating.
- Seiza is not required. If sitting on tatami is difficult, please speak to our staff.
- We are currently unable to accommodate wheelchairs.
In-Venue Rules
- Please follow staff instructions while enjoying the experience.
- Do not touch or lean on exhibits or walls.
- For safety, do not run inside the venue.
- Only assistance dogs are permitted; other animals are not allowed.
- The organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage. Please manage your belongings and valuables yourself.
- Due to the nature of the work, there are effects such as flashing/lighting changes and aroma. The venue is dark; please watch your step and be mindful of companions and other guests.
- One serving per person for the sweets and tea provided.
Baggage Policy
The following items are not allowed inside:
- Alcoholic beverages; outside food (e.g., boxed meals)
- Items 50 cm (20 in) or longer
- Strollers: please use the baggage area
- Hazardous items, strong-smelling items, fresh flowers
- Unlidded drinks (only PET bottles and flasks are allowed)
- Any other items deemed dangerous by staff
- Footwear or accessories that emit light (e.g., light-up shoes, glowing bracelets, glow sticks) that may disturb other guests
Prohibited Items & Conduct
- Do not touch projectors, sensors, lights, or any other equipment for artwork preservation and safety.
- No eating or drinking (including candy and gum) inside the venue. Refreshments provided by us may be consumed only in designated areas.
- Guests who are unwell or intoxicated may be refused entry.
- You may be asked to present ID at entry.
- Please follow staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
Photography Guildelines

Photography, video recording, and posting on social media are permitted, except for the following:
- Use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, or any support device over 30 cm (12 in)
- Flash photography
- Commercial shooting or media coverage without prior approval
- Any behavior that disturbs other guests
